Things that only happen at Maggie.
In the middle of American Lit class today, someone recognized, by memory, a line in The Life and Times of Frederick Douglas that is an exact quote from the Declaration of Independence.
So what do they do to confirm their suspicion? They pull out their pocket sized copy of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence and find the quote in less than ten seconds.
